To adhere and inculcate safety requirements at all time. Maintain close tele-communications with Driver(s) / Attendent(s) via Walkie-Talkie/Phone Call/Whatsapp. Ensure all port clearance documents are attached to DN before handover to driver. Deploy driver's (Planning) for delivery and monitor driver timing (Delivery to Local engineering companies/ Jurong Island / Shipyards / Lighter terminal / PSA port & Jurong Port) Duty controller to hold the phone during night. (after 1730hrs till next morning 0830hrs) Standby controller to hold the phone during office hour and duty controller to use walkie-talkie to communicate with driver for smooth delivery. Ensure all delivery to PSA port, and NYK customer are using cargo net for safe lifting. Liaise and co-ordinate with Customer Service on any issue(s) pertaining to the job. To report any Accident/Incident of vehicle to Senior Manager Dissemination of company information's /Notice to all drivers. Other adhoc duty assign by Assistant Manager-Transport
