Manage key accounts and identify project opportunities with existing customers, Identify new customers and professionally promote the company’s products, Understand customers’ project technical requirements and collaborate with the internal technical team to ensure specifications compliance and accurate quotations, Ensure timely delivery of products by maintaining regular communication with customers and internal order fulfillment departments, Provide professional sales support, technical information, and after-sales assistance to customers, Identify and manage potential risks related to contract agreements and collections, Deliver detailed and accurate sales forecasts, Achieve individual sales performance targets.
