• Assist In producing marketing materials, including brochures, calendars, flyers, posters, banners etc. • Liaise with printers and designers to produce marketing materials and facilitate production and delivery. • Maintain inventory and stock take marketing material and corporate gifts • Sources and Liaise with suppliers and vendors to produce customised corporate gifts • Create weekly Facebook posts for the different services in Active Global • Film, edit and post TikTok videos to recruit caregivers and healthcare assistants based on viral TikTok trends. • Support event coordination, including conferences, community events, outreach programs, set-up and manage booths etc. • Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining marketing calendars. • Goodie bag packing and delivery
• 0-1 year experience in a marketing role or an internship is preferable. • Have some experience hands-on using social media platforms • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Attention to detail and ability to multitask. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
