Job Detail

Clean the kitchen by sweeping and mopping floors; washing work tables, cutting blocks and boards, refrigerators, walls and any other surfaces; separating recyclables from garbage, then remove all this waste material and cleaning the kitchen garbage cans at least once daily Wash, clean & make dry the dishes, utensils, pots, pans, chopping boards, kitchen equipment etc Assist the cook; wash, peel and slice vegetables and fruit; measure and assemble ingredients for frequent orders and pack take-out orders Followed all food safety & hygiene guidelines and standards. Assist the cook to prepare necessary ingredients Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
