Facility Technician

Job Detail

- Carry out in-house preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for all facilities, building and services system. - Attend to day-to-day maintenance operations for all facilities, building and services system and maintain proper records of maintenance checklists and documentations. - Liaising and coordinating with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair in order to keep all the above systems in operational state. - Perform standby / duty to attend to system fault during or after office hours, weekends and public holidays when needed. - Minimise all facilities, building and services downtime during operation. - Log, update and maintain all facilities, building and services spare parts, tools and instruments. - To be able to work under sub-zero environment and no phobia of heights. - To inform immediate superiors/duty personnels for all faults/alarms/abnormalities for all systems. - To learn and maintain any other new/additional systems not mentioned above as assigned by Head of Department. - Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by Head of Department.
