Production Supervisor

Job Detail

- Supervise and manage production staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules. - Coordinate daily production activities and allocate resources effectively. - Understand production schedules and prioritize production sequence - Packaging materials and Raw materials - Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications. Prefer with experience of CGMP, HACCP or ISO Standards - Implement and maintain quality control procedures and processes. - Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions. - Assist in the development and execution of production plans to meet customer demands. - Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency. - Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and procedures. - Conduct regular quality audits and safety inspections and address any hazards or violations. - Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations. - Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports on production performance. - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management. - Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
