With a steadfast focus on these initiatives, NKF aims to be at the forefront of kidney health in Singapore. We are seeking qualified and experienced Exercise Associate to join the Allied Health team. Reporting to the Senior Exercise Specialist, you will be required to assist exercise specialist in running exercise programmes/intervention. Programme includes but not limited to group classes and workshops. Your responsibilities are as follows: Exercise Therapy Support Collaborate with Exercise Specialists in delivering exercise therapy, communicating regimens, and ensuring patient safety. Patient Information & Progress Monitoring Collect patient data for assessments and help track and document progress during exercise interventions. Program and Project Assistance Provide support in departmental projects, including data analysis, research, and program coordination. Education & Community Engagement Aid in creating educational materials and participate in community events to promote healthy living and preventive measures. General Departmental Support Assist with various departmental programmes and initiatives as required. Note: Reporting Venue : NKF HQ Candidate is required to travel to West Zone DCs as part of work.
Qualifications Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC (Exercise and Sports Science, Health and Wellness, or any Sports Management) related disciplines Experience Preferably 1-2 years working experience in a clinical or exercise setting Prior experience in healthcare or elderly setting is a bonus Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Key Competencies Interdisciplinary Collaboration: o Experience in working effectively within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and dietitians to deliver comprehensive care to dialysis patients. o Ability to liaise with multiple disciplines to ensure coordinated rehabilitation efforts. Organized and Detail-Oriented: o Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring that exercise programmes are executed with precision and that all documentation is accurate and up to date.
