Job Detail

-Coach, train and motivate retail assistants in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at retail outlets; -Deliver exceptional customer service to guests and answer guest queries on store/ park related matters; -Actively acquire and demonstrate product knowledge and recommend suitable merchandise to guests; -Gather and share feedback on product quality, pricing etc and feedback to Managers for follow up; -Upkeep visual displays of merchandise and recommend changes if needed; -Support and execute product launches and campaigns; -Work with Managers to meet financial targets (e.g. sales targets, reduce losses); -Assist in periodic stocktakes and ensure stock accountability; -Plan and execute stock ordering, reducing loss of sales opportunities; -Operate SAP and point-of-sales system, ensuring accuracy in inventory and revenue collection in compliance of standard operating procedures; -Plan staff coverage and ensure accuracy in staff attendance reporting; and -Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
