Execute the daily routine, periodic and preventive maintenance works for the hotel's building, facilities and equipment with high level of workmanship aligned to hotel's SOP. Other responsibilities include (but not limited to) attending to all maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner, ensure efficient energy consumption an continuously provide a safe and comfortable environment an facilities to our internal and external guests.
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, painting, and respond to all requests. Ensure all hotel facilities are in optimal working condition. Able to work 5-day week, including weekends and public holidays, on rotating shifts. Requires standing for long hours and effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
