We are seeking a Lead IT Support professional to oversee and manage a mobile support team in providing top-tier IT assistance. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating asset deployment, managing Level 1 IT support, and leading data migration activities. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and their management teams, ensuring that technical issues are addressed efficiently and that service delivery meets client expectations. As a leader, you will manage and mentor a team of IT support staff, delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring the team maintains high standards of service. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as a proactive approach to resolving IT challenges and managing client relationships.

Job Requirements

We are seeking a Lead IT Support professional with experience in asset deployment, Level 1 IT support, and data migration activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage a team, and excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and their management teams. This role requires flexibility to travel to multiple sites based on operational needs, with a standard 5-day work week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the ability to adjust schedules as needed. The candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
