1) Prepare Financial Statements: Maintain and oversee accurate financial records for multiple investment funds to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards. 2) Reconciliations: Conduct reconciliations of cash, investments, and other fund-related accounts. 3) Portfolio Monitoring: Monitor investment portfolio activities, including trades, valuations, and cash flows. 4) Audit Support: Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during the annual audit process, providing necessary documentation and support. 5)Regulatory Compliance: Assist in ensuring all funds operate in compliance with relevant regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
1) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and above. 2) Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) will be advantages. 3) At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting, preferably within family office, asset management, private equity, or hedge funds.
