• Be responsible for reviewing and authorising the billing, creation/change of customer master records and credit limit. • To assist the AR manager in overseeing the daily operations, reviewing KPI performance, and assisting with issues and queries related to accounts receivable if needed. • To review various AR reports and perform ageing analysis to make sure outstanding debts are followed up closely and on a timely basis. • To work in line with the rules and governance, ensure compliance of accounts receivable operational guidelines, Financial Policies and Procedures (FPP), Finance Reporting Standards (FRS), tax regulation, etc. • To review the standard operating procedures, and work instruction for better process alignments and internal controls. • You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement in processes and systems. • To manage audit queries, take part in document preparation and analysis for the Audit Committee and other corporate meetings.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent • Min. 3 to 5 years of working experience in Finance preferably in Accounts Receivable within a shared service environment • Strong analytical and communication skills for effective team management and stakeholder interaction • Meticulous with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficient in MS Office application and self-driven and independent • Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of SAP system will be advantageous • Supervisory skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team • Contract 1year • Singaporeans only
