Job Detail

Assist in the preparation and production of all pastry items, including bread, cakes, cookies, tarts, and other desserts for all our outlets. Ensure all pastry items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation, following the recipes and guidelines provided by the Executive Pastry Chef. Monitor and manage inventory levels of pastry ingredients and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and minimal waste. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and food safety standards. Occasionally interact with guests to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in the preparation of pastries for special events and functions within the club.

Job Requirements

Certificate from a recognized culinary institution or an appropriate amount of progressive work experience to waive academic qualifications. Minimum of 6 (Six) years with progressive positions from Cook I in varying cuisine’s in comparable operations. Strong culinary knowledge on Western pastries with emphasis on American and basic knowledge on Asian cuisine (Only apply for Asian cuisine position) and influences.
