1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Law, Economics, Blockchain, or related fields. Legal qualifications are a plus. 2. Understanding of KYC/AML regulations and fund industry-related legal frameworks. 3. Basic knowledge of fund operations, portfolio management, and cryptocurrency investments. Relevant internship experience is preferred. 4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. 5. Keen interest in the cryptocurrency industry and a willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
