Job Detail

The Cargo Agent is responsible for timely processing and screening of import and export documentation. Any irregularities identified are properly escalated and reported to the respective airlines in accordance to airline timeline requirement. He/she serves as liaison between the Export Manifesting and Import Documentation team thereby ensures timely hand over and collection of document pouches to/ from the aircraft.
