• Merchandising. Ensure shelves are fully stocked, neatly organized, accurately labelled, and meet visual merchandising and promotional standards. • Inventory Control. Receive, verify, and distribute incoming stock to appropriate areas. Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and work environment. • Customer Service. Greet and provide support to customers to facilitate purchasing decisions and complaints. • Cashiering. Support the checkout process by verifying prices, bagging purchases efficiently, and ensuring items are safely packed. The Incumbent is responsible for the tasks assigned to them. The Incumbent’s responsibilities are, but not limited to CUSTOMER SERVICE, CASHIER DUTIES AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
18 years old & above (Adhere to national regulations prohibiting the employment of underage workers.) Minimum secondary school education level or higher Able to work autonomously Able to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays as needed. Basic mathematical & computer skills Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills Experience working in retail operations
