Assist in carrying out basic care activities for the resident which includes oral/ physical hygiene, conducting daily exercises/ activities, bed transfers and serving of meals and drinks. Perform ward in-charge role as assigned by CM/ACM. Assist in monitoring of vital signs and documentation of clinical notes. Assist in carrying out the daily activities for the residents and maintain an accurate log-book. Assist CM/ACM in proper management and monitor the efficient use of consumables, supplies, dressing materials and diapers. Perform other duties as maybe assigned by superior.
Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels preferably with ITE Skills Certificates in Health Sciences (In-patient) or WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care). IT Savvy. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Able to perform shift work. Pleasant disposition and personality.
