1. Manage multiple kiosk locations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to company standards 2. Lead, train, and motivate team members, ensuring they uphold operational excellence, customer service, and food quality 3. Track daily and weekly sales, analyse performance, and manage cost control measures such as labour, food, and supplies to maximise profitability 4. Oversee inventory for all locations, ensuring stock levels are maintained, orders are placed, and wastage is minimised 5. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with a focus on improving overall customer experience and service quality 6. Address operational challenges and conflicts within the team or with customers efficiently, miantaining a positive work environment.

Job Requirements

Strong leadership skills, extensive experience in restaurant operations, excellent communication abilities, and proven track record in managing multiple locations 1. Experience in F&B Industry: Minimum 3 to 5 years of management experience in the food and beverage industry, preferaby in fast-casual or kiosk style settings 2. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills 3. Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, from food preparation and customer service to inventory management and quality control 4. Ability to analyse operational issues, identify solutions, and implement changes to improve performance 5. Ability to handle multiple tasks across different locations, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 6. Food Hygiene Certification
