Project is designed to transform the manufacturing processes and product flow and develop a state-of-the-art gear manufacturing facility. The project will touch and impact a significant portion of the process and systems used in the facility. The candidate will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of transformative logistics solutions, aimed at optimizing and modernizing our logistics process, enhancing operational efficiencies. Roles and Responsibilities: Drive the end-end planning and execution of logistics transformation projects. Define and lead the strategic roadmap for logistics transformation, aligning with overall business objectives. Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration between stakeholders including logistics, IT, warehouse, third-party vendors, and senior leadership. Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of automation tools and systems, such as warehouse management systems (WMS), robotics, real time asset tracking and autonomous transportation technologies. Ensure that systems are seamlessly integrated and operationalized across multiple sites. Monitor system performance and lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance automation capabilities. Drive and achieve key performances on safety, people, quality, delivery and costs. Review, develop and implement systems and procedures which comply with Global Trade requirements
