Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for students. Assist teachers in preparing and producing learning materials and aids for the classroom. Support teachers in guiding students during lessons and classroom activities. Support school events and after school curriculum (CCA, remediation, supplementary etc.) to enhance learning experience for students. Build strong rapport with students using positive behaviour strategies Support teachers in planning of students’ individualised goals and objectives. Assist teachers by collecting data to understand student profile and monitor students’ learning and behavioural progress. Participate in department-wide meetings and professional development activities to upgrade relevant knowledge and skills.
