Job Detail

Hygiene - Perform general cleaning of indoor corridors and its fixtures, including balustrades, railings, glass panels, etc. - Ensure that restrooms are clean and sanitary, and that consumables are replenished on a regular basis. - Clean escalators, passenger lifts and service lifts walls and floors. - Perform general cleaning of outdoor premises, including walkways, pavements, balconies, drop-off points and loading bays. - Empty and clean trash bins to prevent overflowing of trash bins. - Ensure that the bin centre and service areas are neat and tidy at all times. - Operate the cleaning machinery where required: Walk-behind mechanical scrubbers, ride-on mechanical scrubbers, autonomous cleaning robots, vacuum cleaners, high-pressure water jet, etc. - Clean and perform simple, basic preventive maintenance on all cleaning equipment. Landscaping - Perform routine landscaping tasks (i.e. pruning, trimming, weeding). - Water plants within the property compound. - Dispose dead leaves and horticultural waste. - Operate landscaping equipment where required: leaf blower, sprinkler systems, etc. - Clean and perform basic maintenance on landscaping equipment. Customer Service - Greet and visitors with direction finding, shop finding, etc. - Direct visitor to Concierge should further assistance be required
