RESPONSIBILITY (KPI) • Achieve PERSONAL and GROUP Targeted KPIs in:- a. Total Sales per Month b. Success Rate % c. Customer $ per Total Sales d. Customer $ per New Sales e. Recurring Sales $ • Daily duty activities including upkeep outlet’s cleanliness, answer phone calls and equipment maintenance, etc • Regular scalp check for customers • Provide consultation and recommend suitable treatments for the customers • Exercise full Treatment compliance • Provide after sales & after treatment follow up with customers • Provide onsite training to junior/new hired Consultant • Other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager ie: Conduct survey, distribute flyer, promote roadshow voucher, etc. • Any other duties that may be assigned to the Employee from time to time
