• Exercise full Treatment compliance • Achieve PERSONAL and GROUP Targeted KPIs in Total Sales and Customer $ per Total Sales (applicable to Therapist/Stylist who is assigned with sales KPIs) • Daily Duty activities including upkeep outlet’s cleanliness, answer phone calls and equipment maintenance, etc • Onsite training to junior/new hired Therapist/Stylist • Other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager ie: Conduct survey, distribute flyer, promote roadshow voucher, etc. • Stylist role will need to provide haircut services. • Any other duties that may be assigned to the Employee from time to time
