• Lead the Outlet Team in achieving Outlet KPIs • Achieve PERSONAL and OUTLET Targeted KPIs in:- a. Total Sales per Month b. Success Rate % c. Customer $ per Total Sales d. Customer $ per New Sales e. Recurring Sales $ • Evaluate progress against KPI, identify and implement the solutions • Responsible for daily outlet operations such as handling of customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance & coaching to staff, outlet paper works, etc • Responsible in managing Outlet Personnel Duties and Responsibilities • Manage Outlet Human Resources responsibilities (inclusive Annual Leaves, Shifts) • Train, mentor and coach outlet staff to develop and maximize their performance • Leading the outlet staff in philosophy learning and application so as to enhance team efficiency • Any other duties that may be assigned to the Employee from time to time
• Minimum GCE O level • 5 years relevant working experience with proven KPI achievement in a similar industry • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Bilingual and able to converse with Chinese speaking clients • Strong self-motivation • Able to deliver results under pressure and in a dynamic working environment
