1. Assist Supervisor in manpower deployment and arrangement of daily production activities. 2. Communicate with previous shift lead about key information. 3. Responsible for training and guiding new or existing technician and/or GSP. 4. Responsible for analyzing machines utilization, improving and ensuring quality output. 5. Ensure molding machines and supporting systems are set to correct parameters. 6. Maintain overall production efficiencies. 7. Lead and guide technicians to perform machine troubleshooting, carry out basic servicing (electrical, pneumatic or mechanical) and ensure instruments are calibrated timely. 8. Assist and participate in engineer in protocol / validation for continuous improvements. 9. Escalate deviations in materials, equipment, process or utilities that may affect production capacity, quality or safety. 10. Proactively practice and adhere to EHS and relevant safety protocols, cGMP and other essential compliance procedures. 11. Perform other duties as assigned.
• Passed Audiometric Test. • Passed colour vision test. • NITEC (NTC/ ITC) with at least 8 years/ Diploma with 2 years’ experience. • At least 5 years in Injection Molding process • Basic computer literacy. • High level of organizational skills and communication skills interacting with all levels of a company hierarchy. • High sense of urgency. Escalate potential safety, process and/or quality issues. • Strong time management and collaboration with area engineers for project and validation. • The ability to work efficiently and demonstrate strong leadership skills, appropriate level of adaptability and stay composed under stress. • Preferably with good stewardship awareness (including cGMP and safety). • Able to handle the use of basic measuring instrument (e.g., vernier calipers, dial indicator, optical comparator) • Has basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
