Job Detail

Setup and operate machines to meet or exceed daily output target and quality expectation. Conduct inspection (SOP requirement) for the finished products to ensure that they meet the specifications. Sort out rejects before routing the finished products for final quality inspection and stationed the parts at the correct location for next process or QA buyoff. Conduct hourly inspection for the finised products to ensure that they meet the specifications. Conduct daily basic preventive maintenance. Complete all necessary production record sheets and charts for monitoring purposes. Check object list and print labels for each production order assigned. Ensure good housekeeping is maintained at all time. Inform Supervisor/Lead/Specialist on unfulfilled targets, quality issues and machines problems.
