Set up & operate the production machine to meet or exceed daily output target and quality expectation. Perform machine conversion. Involve machine repairing. Trouble shoot and repair machines problems as and when required. Understand the production planning schedule and generate output as per specifications. Help to validate the safety aspects of machines/equipment. Follow up on SPC data as required by customers. Conduct in process inspection of product which conforms to customers' expectations. Able to understand and carry out basic vision system adjustment. Assist Supervisors/Engineers to analyze quality concerns. Involves in continuous improvement projects. Housekeeping to be done and upkeep. Other duties as assigned by Management.
Knowledge on use of microscope, micrometer and toolmaker scope. Knowledge of automated machine operation. Equip with troubleshooting skills in mechanical aspect. Basic knowledge in pneumatic system, vision inspection, robotic system, hipot, laser marking process.
