Test Technician, Cable Assembly

Job Detail

Set up & operate the production machine to meet or exceed daily output target and quality expectation. Perform machine conversion. Involve machine repairing. Trouble shoot and repair machines problems as and when required. Maintain the tester equipment and ensure it is ready for production planning and schedules. Help to validate the safety aspects of tester machines/equipment. Follow up on tester data as required by customers. Conduct in process inspection of product which conforms to customers' expectations. Able to understand and carry out basic tester system adjustment. Assist Supervisors/Engineers to analyze quality concerns. Involves in continuous improvement projects. Housekeeping to be done and upkeep. Other duties as assigned by Management.
