Job Detail

The program involves a fully-sponsored training program with allowance monthly over the one-year training period. The program encompasses initial company familiarisation, classroom training and on-the-job training. The initial familiarisation in SAESL provides an insight to the working environment prior to attending classroom training. The three-month classroom training, consisting of theory and practical sessions, will be conducted and assessed by an external training academy. The nine-month on-the-job training in SAESL provides the opportunity to learn and work on the renowned Rolls-Royce Trent Engines. Upon completion of the training, the qualified aircraft engine technician will serve a two-year bond with SAESL.
