Job Detail

Responsible for customer support and service for sales-related matters to meet the sales target plan, including account management, proposal preparation, quoting, payment matters, liaison, and fulfilling sales and repair orders. Secure good relationships with customers. Take ownership of overall customer satisfaction and perception of SEDSA as an MRO site. Monitor daily delivery schedules for sales orders and repair status with Workshop, Supply Chain, and Planner, and communicate all repair flows between SEDSA and customers to ensure smooth operation and efficient communication. Participate in special missions such as imminent AOG, order expedition, delivery discrepancy, and quality complaints. Reply to customers’ queries and quotations. Review customer sales and repair orders. Process and acknowledge customers’ orders. Issue invoices for completed sales and repair orders. Provide shipping details to customers. Handle warranty claims. Ensure TAT/SPT follow-up, communicate targets and achievements, justify discrepancies, and propose alternative solutions when appropriate. Propose the best commercial solution according to customer needs, in compliance with SEDSA strategy and customer expectations. Monitor, analyze, and improve MRO activities for components and ensure service rate targets are met. Participate in Continuous Improvement projects in the Customer Service Department to promote efficiency and productivity. Comply with all health, safety, and environment regulations as prescribed by law and company policies. Actively participate and contribute to HSE initiatives, corporate HSE programs, and HSE risk communications and mitigations. Perform any other duties assigned.

Job Requirements

Degree holder in engineering or business administration with 2–3 years or Diploma/O Level with 5 years in a commercial, business or sales and marketing role in the Aerospace industry can be considered. Well-versed in ERP software, preferably SAP B1. Excellent verbal, written, presentation and computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with people of all levels. Good commercial knowledge of the aviation industry. Customer-centric with a passion to provide solutions. A team player capable of interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
