Production Specialist

Job Detail

Disassemble various types of aircraft components. Perform troubleshooting, assembly, inspection and testing of aircraft components. Perform minor rework or call out the relevant repair scheme. Read and understand CMM, Service Bulletins, Standard Practices or other relevant Airworthiness Data. Complete the documentation and records for each component and where applicable, sign and stamp each stage of the work performed. Release components to service. Proficient in most of the requirements for multiple products. Cost conscious and have a sense of urgency to complete jobs by stipulated deadlines. Ability to work in various areas of the shop, uses sound judgment and is a team player. Accept ownership for the work assigned and perform the job in a safe and proficient manner. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and possess basic problem-solving skills. Aid in the maintenance of personal work area, the workshop and shared facilities and equipment. Participate in Continuous Improvement projects in the Customer Service Department to promote efficiency and productivity. Comply with all health, safety and environment regulations as prescribed by law and company policies. Actively participate and contribute to HSE initiatives and Corporate HSE programs and in HSE risk communications and mitigations. Any other duties assigned.
