Ensure compliance with airworthiness regulatory requirements and quality standards. Administer the quality audit program, conduct internal quality audits and vendor audits. Conduct training on quality-related subjects, airworthiness regulations and human factors. Monitor the Safety Management System program. Administer the approved vendor program. Validate capability evaluation reviews. Administer and assess personnel authorization approvals. Conduct incident investigations, 8D defect analyses and drive corrective actions. Participate in regulatory and customer audits. Actively participate and contribute to HSE initiatives and Corporate HSE programs and in HSE risk communications and mitigations. Support and participate in the Continuous Improvement program. Perform any other duties as assigned.
Diploma or Degree holder in aviation-related, mechanical, electrical, electronic engineering or equivalent. CAAS paper L11/L12, H11, M9, M10 and/or equivalent will be advantageous. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the aviation quality field will be advantageous. Knowledge of airworthiness regulatory requirements and AS9110 & AS9120 Standards. Trained Internal Quality Auditor or Lead Auditor is preferred. Safety Management System trained will be an added advantage. Good communication and procedure writing skills. Willing to work excess hours when required. Able to travel on short notice. Possess knowledge of statistical tools and methodology. Good team player with problem-solving skills and good time management.
