Job Detail

Assess service requests for enhancements and maintenance of systems. Participate and manage in project activities such as Requirement Gathering, Acceptance Testing (User Acceptance Testing, Security Testing, Performance Testing), Training & Implementation. Ensure quality execution in the delivery of a product, service or solution to drive the satisfaction and loyalty of the customer and partner experience. Manage project team and deliver the project deliverables within the timeline, quality expectation and with budgetary targets. Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Report and escalate to management if needed Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with clients/third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Any other adhoc duties as assigned
