Familiarity with enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, BI tools) and SaaS platforms. Knowledge of modern software development practices, DevOps, security, and compliance. Ability to create technical documentation, solution diagrams, and proposal content. Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a consultative approach. High adaptability in dynamic sales environments.
