Key Responsibilities: Patch Management: Perform system patching using tools such as BigFix, SCCM, and Netbot following SOP-based approaches. Monitor patching activities to ensure successful completion and compliance with security policies. Track patching effectiveness and produce compliance reports. Raise and manage change requests for patch deployment in adherence to ITIL standards. Collaborate with Application and Business Owners to communicate patch schedules and approvals. Vulnerability Management & Troubleshooting: Escalate major patching or vulnerability issues to L2/L3 teams as required. Participate in daily system checks on patching tools and log any issues. Work with global IT patching teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment with company-wide security practices. Assist in troubleshooting infrastructure-related issues, including Linux/Unix, VMware, databases, and networks. Operations & Support: Work in a 24x7 operational model, including shift work and weekend patching support. Ensure a disciplined, error-free approach to system changes and patching. Perform other duties as required to support IT infrastructure security and compliance.
