Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with project teams to implement DevOps best practices. Guide Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD), and Continuous Testing (CT) processes. Work closely with developers and operations teams to design a DevOps strategy and toolset. Deploy, configure, and maintain scalable, high-availability systems. Automate system deployment, security hardening, and configuration management. Build containerized environments using technologies like Red Hat OpenShift and MLOps tools. Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD or equivalent tools. Develop scripts and programs for service monitoring and system health checks. Manage day-to-day system monitoring, backups, and maintenance. Implement load balancing, network routing, and security best practices.
Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in DevOps, software development, or infrastructure setup. Experience with cloud orchestration, auto-scaling, and configuration management. Hands-on experience in CI/CD pipeline development and container image management. Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform). Strong knowledge of Red Hat SSO, OpenStack, Docker, and infrastructure provisioning tools. Understanding of IT security standards (e.g., CIS benchmarks, DevSecOps principles). Experience with AWS CloudFormation and Infra-as-Code for automation. Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python. Good knowledge of machine learning operations (MLOps) tools like H2O is a plus. Familiarity with network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and switches. Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with developers. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience working with Linux/Windows environments and network troubleshooting. Knowledge of DevSecOps best practices is an added advantage.
