Defensive Security (Blue Team) Conduct IT Security Risk Assessments to identify threats, evaluate risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Oversee security monitoring, incident detection, and response for cloud-based and on-premise systems. Manage vulnerability scanning, security audits, and compliance reporting to meet regulatory requirements (ISO/IEC, NIST, CIS, etc.). Ensure security policies, standards, and procedures are up to date and enforced across the organization. Handle security incident management, coordinating investigations and remediation efforts. Offensive Security (Red Team) Perform penetration testing on networks, applications, and cloud environments to uncover vulnerabilities. Simulate cyberattacks and adversarial scenarios to assess and strengthen security controls. Assist in threat intelligence gathering, identifying potential risks and threat actors. Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate secure coding practices and DevSecOps principles.
Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, covering enterprise security, cloud security, and risk management. Professional security certification (e.g., OSCP, CISA, GCIH, CEH, CISSP, or equivalent). Hands-on experience in: Penetration testing and vulnerability assessments Incident response and forensic investigations Cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) Security automation and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) DevSecOps, security tooling, and infrastructure as code (IaC) Strong knowledge of IT security frameworks (ISO/IEC, NIST, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK, etc.). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
