Key Responsibilities: Pega Development & Implementation Lead the design, development, and deployment of Pega applications. Ensure best practices in Pega architecture, development, and integration. Manage case management, workflow automation, and business process automation using Pega. Troubleshoot and optimize Pega-based applications for scalability and performance. Leadership & Client Management Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring smooth communication. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Pega developers. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Pega solutions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. Agile & Waterfall Delivery Lead Pega project deliveries in Agile and Waterfall development lifecycles. Participate in Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and backlog refinement. Ensure compliance with industry best practices and security standards.
