Install and configure software and hardware for project testing. Hardening windows and Linux system . Manage network servers and technology tools. Set up cluster server, VMware, and workstations. Create and verify backups of data. Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements. Respond to security or usability concerns immediately. Troubleshoot issues and outages. Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls. Upgrade systems with new releases and models. Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies. Experience as a IT Engineer or Technical Engineer or similar role. Experience with Windows Server, Group Policy, Virtualization, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management. Familiar with Terraform is a plus. Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery. Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude. Good communication skills. Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline. Singaporean preferred.
