Perform verification on various Software such as WiFi, Network Recorder, Smart Lockers etc to qualify the product. Troubleshoot and feedback to R&D Team to resolve or improve on product related issues. Perform Testing and Commissioning with customer whenever required. Support Demo, FAT , SAT or System Integration test whenever required. Provide basic IT Support.
Diploma in Electronics or Relevant Field. Basic computing skill to setup equipment. Strong network knowledge and troubleshooting skill. Experience in Wireless, CCTV, Server and Network devices such as firewall or switches are added advantage. Willingness to upskill, self-motivated and initiative to take on additional roles and responsibilities are added advantage. Singaporean preferred.
