1.Manage contracts to ensure compliance with SLAs. 2.Monitor system health and provide regular performance reports. 3.Track and manage system security to meet security policies and standards. 4.Provide technical and operational support across multiple sites. 5.Manage and implement O/S, software, and firmware patching.Support Review and implement change requests with minimal disruption to operations.6. Support physical intrusion detection systems for security monitoring. 7.Assisting in managing obsolescence by tracking system components and sourcing replacements. 8.Support the annual audit of spare assets and ensure availability of critical components. 9.Assist in procurement activities related to system upgrades and maintenance contracts. 10.Provide technical advice and respond to customer and stakeholder queries. 11Review and update operations and maintenance manuals. 12.Support system audits to ensure compliance with regulations and contracts. 13.Procurement and Project Management/Operational Support: Assist in procurement processes and provide operational support to the customer.
