Infrastructure Engineer

Job Detail

1.Perform regular maintenance on servers, storage, and network devices to prevent system downtime. 2.Monitor infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage) to quickly identify and resolve issues. 3.Conduct patching, and system updates to ensure security and compliance. 4.Infrastructure Management: Oversee the health and performance of the infrastructure environment, optimizing resources as needed. 5.Support and enhance existing infrastructure through automation, configuration, and management best practices. 6.Support for backup restore operations 7.Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve software, and network issues quickly to minimize service disruptions. 8.Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for infrastructure-related incidents. 9.Collaborate with the helpdesk and other IT teams to ensure quick resolution of incidents and escalations. 10Project Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams on infrastructure upgrade projects.Provide insights for infrastructure improvements and implement new technologies. Assist with network team with performance tuning as needed.
