1.Setup laptop/pc, troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office 365 and printer issue 2.Setup MS Teams meeting, manage meeting room equipment setup & troubleshooting 3.Configure new iPhone, transfer data, install emails on iPhone 4.Manage server backup tape, and monitor backup status 5.Manage Cisco telephony system, and configure voicemails (training will be provided) 6.Basic troubleshooting network and WiFi connectivity 7.Server shutdown and power up during building power maintenance (1 to 2 times per year) 8.Manage 3rd party vendors for hardware break-fix and IT equipment 9.Remotely support users (who are working from home) via Windows Quick Assist
