Job Detail

1.To do onsite diagnostic, repair and refurbishing of IT Equipment 2.Document Processing Systems e.g. scanners, printers, point of sales machines etc 3.Display Systems e.g. monitors, projectors etc 4.Specialised Machinaries e.g. industrial printers, plotters etc 5.Handle repair or service parts (drawing, handling, return) 6.Follow established processes of diagnostic, testing, providing bill of repair and liason for quotation where required 7.Handle & communicate with customer on equiries and provide appropriate advice 8.Supporting projects for trial and deployment 9.Extensive travelling will be required
