IN-HOUSE TRAINEE (WAREHOUSE)

Job Detail

• Work closely with business and HR to identify training needs for DVC & regularly review and update internal and external training courses to ensure relevance and alignment with business goals. • Develop robust and structured training programs (e.g. Hub Asia Academy of Excellence, OJT, etc.) and ensure that all employees participate in the program. • Produce training materials for in-house training programs and ensure that materials are up-to-date. • Organize and deliver relevant training and induction programs for all existing employees, new hires, and customer visits. • Track and monitor the effectiveness of all training programs to ensure their effectiveness. • Identify areas for improvement in the training process and implement changes to increase effectiveness and efficiency. • Maintain effective communication and coordination within all departments.
