Production Supervisor

Job Detail

Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, safety standards and quality standards are met. Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing levels as needed to meet production targets. Maintain lean manufacturing principles, including Kaizen and 6S to optimize workflow and minimize waste. Lead and motivate a team of Manufacturing Specialist fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration and continuous improvement. Provide coaching and guidance to team to enhance their skills, performance and high level of discipline. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
