Conduct daily inspections to ensure the optimal serviceability of Car Parking Systems. Provide first-level troubleshooting for fault calls as assigned by the Call Centre or Supervisor. Attend to ad-hoc requests related to Car Park issues, as directed. Perform enforcement duties in car parks when required. Assist during Audit Checks and provide necessary support. Be available for overtime according to operational needs and the Supervisor’s instructions. Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor.
Valid motorcycle license and own a bike Observant, detail-oriented, and able to identify potential issues proactively Proactive in reporting and resolving faults Able to work rotating 8-hour shifts Basic understanding of Electronic Parking Systems (training will be provided) Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently
