As a SWA, you will be responsible for providing psychosocial care (including financial assistance) to our patients. Working closely with multi-disciplinary team to establish a holistic care plan and carry out appropriate interventions are essential aspects of the work as a SWA. You are also required to provide support to the MSW in the casework management and department admin work such as managing front counter duties.
