We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant who will also handle reception duties and customer service responsibilities, including handling feedback calls. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently Handle incoming inquiries and feedback calls professionally Ensure all areas of the office are kept neat and orderly including replenish office supplies such as copier paper, pantry items, and stationery to ensure availability for daily operations Assist in daily office tasks, including managing calendars & scheduling appointments Process uniform orders and issue of delivery orders accurately and efficiently Maintain office supplies inventory and place order when needed Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when needed Ensure all administrative procedures and ad hoc tasks are completed accurately and on time to support the smooth functioning of the Human Resource & Administrative department
