Perform assembly for electronics components according to WI (Work instruction)/OMS (Operation method sheet) / Wiring schematic. Perform tuning, testing, process inspection, and troubleshooting to ensure the product is accurate with customer specifications. -Monitor individual work efficiency to ensure On-time delivery, quality and delivery performance in production -To escalate any technical issue faced during assembly to captain (Discrepancy in work instruction & drawing or rejects parts). -Identify improvement opportunities to improve quality and reduce cycle time and cost. -Maintain workplace health and safety are applied and in place to minimize workplace accidents.
NITEC/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Precision or Industrial Engineering) -At least 1 year of experience as a electrical assembly technician in the manufacturing assembly environment. -Strategic, creative, and systemic thinking -WSQ Workplace Safety in Metal Work -Basic knowledge in mechanic and electrical theories -Basic knowledge on Microsoft office application (Excel.Words)
